  • Are you preparing to enter a health-related profession such as Pharmacy, Nursing, Medicine, Dentistry, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, or Physical Therapy?
  • As a patient or a worker in the health care system, have you ever noticed some thing happening that was ethically questionable or problematic?
  • Are you curious about how professional codes of ethics get written?  Do you ever wonder why some practices are legal here, while they are still illegal in other countries?
  • Are you looking for an elective that will allow you to develop your own ideas and do research on a topic that you think is interesting?
  • Would you like to improve your research and writing skills?

If you answered yes to some of these questions, register today for Philosophy 105: Health Care Ethics.

The prerequisite is one philosophy course or the instructor’s permission.
