The Long Island University, Brooklyn Campus offers our Master’s students an excellent opportunity to learn under award winning faculty in a progressive and dynamic environment. Faculty members are chosen for their teaching ability and willingness to give you personal attention. We encourage you to seek them out both as personal and professional mentors. The Brooklyn campus offers our students five Doctoral degree granting programs that range from the Clinical Psychology Ph. D. Program, the Doctor of Pharmacy Degree Program, the Ph.D. Degree with specialization in Pharmaceutics, the Doctor of Physical Therapy, and the Transition Doctor of Physical Therapy.

At Long Island University, Brooklyn Campus Doctoral programs seek to provide qualified college graduates with the opportunity to work with faculty members in formal courses, seminars and research projects that encourage sound independent thought and the maximum development of each student’s intellectual capacities. Each course is designed to help our students acquire and refine professional skills, as well as increase their appreciation and understanding of cultural values.

Doctoral level courses meet primarily in the afternoon and evening, with some courses offered on weekends. The program also offers a year-round schedule, including two six-week summer sessions.
