General Application Requirements  
Applicants should file their application and supporting materials as early as possible Applicants who wish to be accepted as matriculated students must file the application and supporting credentials no later than one month before the opening of the semester in which they expect to enroll. Please note: Certain programs do impose an application deadline. You may contact the Graduate Admissions Office or the major’s department for any additional questions related to programs and deadlines.

            Your Application should include the following:

• Completed and signed application
• A check or money order $30 made payable to Long Island University. Applications will not be processed without this fee. The application fee is non-refundable.
• Official transcripts from all undergraduate and graduate institutions attended.
• Any additional information as required by the department. Please refer to the Graduate Bulletin to learn about departmental requirements.
