The H1B Database is a list of employers who have recently filed paperwork to sponsor an international person for an H1B visa.

It is a starting point for you to explore the kinds of employers who may be willing to sponsor you.  The Database is not a list of job openings, nor is there a guarantee that there will be a job available with a particular employer.
