Hiceberg
Thugs 28 vs. Most Wanted 11
In the first game the Hiceberg Thugs took on Most Wanted. Both
teams were coming off tough loses last week. Today, Hiceberg Thugs
wanted it more and it resulted in a 28-11 win. The Hiceberg Thugs
were lead by Macsims Mazile with 12 points improving to a record
of (1-1). Most Wanted will drop to a record of (0-2). They did
not play with the same emotion and intensity the way they did
last week.
Ballers 37 vs. Trendsetters 17
The next game was the Ballers vs. the Trendsetters. The Ballers
slapped the Trendsetters by a score of 37-17. The story this week
was the same as last week for the Trendsetters; they have no one
who can handle the basketball. Their ball handling is terrible
and the Ballers completely took advantage of this. Beans Lookman
lead all scores with 24 points. The Ballers improve to a record
of (1-1) and the Trendsetters fall to (0-2).

Gran 29 vs. Untitle 23
The third game of the night finally brought some excitement to
the gym. 75 Gran and Untitle are two hard working teams and they
worked hard tonight. Untitle was lead by Eugene Robinson scoring
a team high 10 points but that was not enough. 75 Gran countered
with their 1-2 punch, Yatti Grant who scored 12 points and Sheridon
Singh added 10 points. 75 Gran remains unbeaten (2-0) while Untitle
falls to a record of (1-1). 75 Gran got past Untitle by a score
of 29-23.
Do
Da Damn Thing 40 vs. X-Birds 38
The last game was the battle of unbeaten; the champion X-Birds
faced Do Da Damn Thing. This was the best game of the night and
came down to the final possession. D.D.T. was leading by two points
with 3 seconds remaining and the X-Birds could not get a shot
off. D.D.T. won 40-38 over the defending champs. D.D.T.'s pressure
defense along with Greg Perkins as their inside presence was the
reason the was able to knock off the X-Birds. Daniele Phelps led
his team with 14 points and Shamark Limehouse and Greg Perkins
added 8 respectively. Scott Gomez led the X-Birds with 14 points.
The X-Birds drop to (1-1) and Do Da Damn Thing is now (2-0).
