 DDDT…Again vs. CSM Ballaz
CSM Ballaz failed to show up at the proper time resulting in an
automatic lost. DDDT…Again won their first game in the
season (1-4).
 Take Over vs. Untitle
Take Over won by forfeit.
 Lights Out 31 vs. X Birds 28
X Birds came into tonight’s contest undefeated (4-0) and
tried to keep it going against Lights Out (2-3). Unfortunately
X Birds suffered their first defeat against spirited Lights out.
This was a very exciting game and crowds enjoyed it till the last
moment. X Birds started the game with an all out attack and managed
to take 10 points lead at the half (22-12). Scott and Greg ended
the half 8 points each. Scott suffered injury in his right hands
finger but it didn’t seem that bad. During the second half,
Lights Out managed to take control of the game through couple of
nice free throws by Travis. X Birds could not manage to score due
to strong defense by Lights Out. Travis scored a fantastic three
point and gave Lights Out a lead 29-28 at 45 seconds remaining
of the game. X Birds tried to score but a clever steal by Rudolph
gave Lights Out a thrilling win 31-28. X Birds managed to score
only six points in the second half. This win sealed Lights Out
(3-3) chance for play off.
