Dear Student:

In an effort to offer our students a more convenient way of clearing their tuition bill, we’d like to introduce “Bill Clearance by Mail”.

Simply fill out the slip on the bottom and return it to the Bursar’s Office. We will mail your promissory note listing tuition and fees, financial aid and amount due (if any). Payments can be made via personal check, money order or credit card using the credit card authorization form that will be mailed to you along with the promissory note. Forms can be mailed back to the Bursar’s Office along with any payment or faxed to (718) 780-4071 along with a credit card authorization form for any payments. You will then receive a stamped, cleared bill in the mail.

Of course, students who wish to clear their bills in person may still come to the Bursar’s Office. Any questions regarding this procedure can be directed to the Bursar’s Office at 718-488-1038.
