**Registered
students who have not cleared the Bursar by the due
date indicated on the bill will be obliged to pay the
Late Payment Fee of $50.00. Bills not cleared by mid-point
of semester will be assessed an additional late fee
of $50.00. Any students, who deliberately fails to register
but attends classes with the intention of registering
late in the term, will be responsible for paying a Delayed
registration Fee of $200.00.

Repayments of returned checks and all
future payments to the University from a student who
has presented a bad check must be tendered via bank
check, certified check or money order.
