B.S. in Dance Education

The LIU Dance Department is proud to announce the availability of yet another degree program on the Brooklyn Campus. The B.S. in Dance Education prepares students to become dance educators as they are readied for Board of Education certification in New York State. This makes possible a career path in dance education with full participation in the world of dance. Auditions are not required to enter the program but they will be necessary for appropriate placement in dance classes.
