II.
Students who wish to continue a language studied in high school and students who have some background in the language they wish to study must be advised by the department.

Students whose native language is not English may not enroll in introductory courses in their native language.

The prerequisites for all advanced courses in French and Spanish is language 31, 32; 50,51 or the equivalent.
