IMMUNIZATION REQUIREMENTS
Summer Immunization Deadline
Students who fail to complete immunizations by the
deadline of May 22, 2008:
- will not be able to attend classes
- will have their academic progress affected
- will be liable for any tuition charges
Fall 2008 Immunization Deadline is August 25, 2008
All documents for immunizations and completed health examination forms must be submitted by the deadline. Records must be received before you start your classes.
No copies will be made once records are submitted.
