Residence Life and Housing Staff
The Office of Residence Life and Housing is located on the lobby floor of Conolly Residence Hall. Office hours are as follows:

Monday thru Thursday	9:00am to 7:00pm
Friday	9:00am to 5:00pm

Central Office Staff
The Director of Residence Life and Housing, Jerome Garner, is the chief housing officer on the campus. He is responsible for all aspects of student housing. The Associate Director of Residence Life and Housing, is responsible for room assignments, meal plans, and facilities maintenance. Ms. Beverly Coles, the Office Manager, coordinates the daily operation of the Residence Hall. She is the first line of contact for students' questions and concerns. Depending upon the issue, Ms. Coles will either assist the student in resolving the matter or refer the student to the appropriate Residence Life staff.

Live-in Staff
Two full-time professional Hall Directors and a Resident Counselor live in Conolly Residence Hall and are available to resident students on an on-call basis.These trained professionals are here to provide resident students with advice and counsel on many of the life issues that young adults face on a daily basis. They are also available to respond to emergencies and handle any crisis that may occur in the Residence Hall. Also, a student Resident Assistant is assigned to each floor to respond to and assist residents with any questions or concerns regarding the quality of student life on campus. Additionally, the student staff includes Peer Counselors, whose role is to provide support and encouragement to residents experiencing personal difficulties.
