• List of Style Manuals - Citation Formats
  A list of style manuals and related web sites by subject from the General Libraries of the University of Texas Library at Austin.
• Chicago Manual of Style FAQ
  Find answers to citation questions including electronic citations. In its current incarnation, this is not the most "user friendly" site but they promise to revamp it soon.
  
• Online!: A Reference Guide to Using Internet Sources
  Covers all of the major citation style guides including MLA, APA, Chicago, CBE, and others. Very nice presentation.
• Citation Styles for Research Papers by C. W. Post Campus Library of Long Island University
  Covers APA, MLA, Turabian, Chicago, and AMA citation styles.
• Library of Congress: How to Cite Electronic Resources
  Covers examples to cite electronic resources in various formats ( films, legal, maps, recorded sound, photographs, special presentations, and texts) using MLA and Turabian styles.
