AUDITION REQUIREMENTS
B.F.A. Degree (Jazz Performance—Instrumentalists and Vocalists)
Three contrasting standard songs (one should be a blues and you may include an original).
- Up tempo
- Ballad
- Latin or Contemporary
B.A. Degree (Traditional Applied Music)
Three contrasting pieces (may include classical, show tune or pop)
Those students wishing to pursue the B.A. Degree in composition and/or theory must submit two sample compositions (written or a CD) and demonstrate music reading skills.
