       Dear Students,

       We hope that your semester has        gotten off to a great start.        Remember that we are here to help        you with your academic needs. Feel        free to stop by our office, no        appointment necessary. Be advised        that early priority registration        appointments begins in April,        however students will be able to        schedule their appointments in late        March with our front desk. Try to see        your advisor beforehand to assist        you with your pre-advisement        schedule. Also note, that registration        for summer classes takes place        during this registration period. If you        have any questions, contact your        advisor.

Academic Advisement Center

Students are enrolled in the Plan for Academic Success Program on the basis of their scholastic background as determined at the time of admission. Housed in the Academic Advisement Center, the Plan for Academic Success program offers its students personalized attention and one on one academic counseling with a select group of specialized professional advisors. Throughout the academic year, the program offers a myriad of services for students such as social events, workshops, group advisement sessions and recognition awards for academic achievement. Upon satisfactory completion of 24 credits with at least a 2.0 grade point average, students are referred to faculty advisors in their major departments for further program guidance.
