Third Annual New York City Regional Pharmacy Residency Conference

On June 19th 2008, the Arnold & Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy will host the Third Annual New York City Regional Pharmacy Residency Conference on the Long Island University Brooklyn Campus. This one-day program will include several career-oriented seminars for pharmacy practice residents graduating from programs in the metropolitan New York area, as well as platform presentations by each resident. During the platform presentations, the residents will describe their research projects. Twenty-five PGY1 and PGY2 programs have been invited to this event, accounting for the area's more than 70 residents. In addition to the residents and their preceptor faculty members, faculty and senior students from the pharmacy programs at Long Island University and Saint John's University have been invited, bringing the anticipated audience to over 200 people.
