The Department of Continuing Professional Education, as an integral component of the Arnold & Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences of Long Island University, affirms the mission of the College and articulates its own mission of developing and providing ethical, effective and innovative educational support for pharmacists.  We provide an average of 20 continuing education programs each year.  These are mostly in the live format and focus on topics such as pharmacotherapy for disease states, pharmacy laws and regulations and behavioral issues.  They are aimed at pharmacists in all practice settings.
