The Application Process

The UN Certificate requires twenty-four credits (eight courses) for completion. You may combine these credits with an additional 12 credits (four courses) for a Master of Science Degree in Social Science or Political Science, or an additional 24 credits (eight courses) for a Master of Public Administration. Tuition is $705 per credit. Most Certificate classes are held in Manhattan at 225 E. 43rd Street and are scheduled during evening hours, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.

The admission procedure requires, in addition to the completed application form, official transcripts from all undergraduate and graduate institutions attended, and two letters of recommendation. The letters should be from professors who have knowledge of your academic work, but may be from employers or other professionals.
